The Early Modern Economy of the Yangzi Delta in a New Perspective

China has experienced spectacular economic growth during the past three decades and seen some parts of the country, in particular the Yangzi Delta, swiftly converging with the developed countries in the level of economic development. This unprecedented growth has been seen as the greatest economic miracle in world history. This miracle is based on the economic performance of the Yangzi Delta in the long run of centuries. It is impossible to achieve a better understanding of the economic miracle of the delta without a better understanding of the basis created by the delta’s economy during its long historical development, in particular in the centuries before the modern West arrived in the mid- nineteenth century. To achieve this objective, we must break free of the West-centric straightjacket and study China’s early modern economy from a new perspective, which will be crucial to improve our knowledge of Chinese economic performance prior to the arrival of the West.

十年行程：网络文学研究的理论视域及其问题

网络文学进入人们的视野成为一种研究对象大概是在2000年前后。十年来,研究者从网络文学的内涵、特征、文体、价值、传播以及网络文学与网络技术的关系、网络文学与传统文学的关系等诸多方面对网络文学展开了广泛而深入的研究,很好地推动了网络文学的发展,对网络文学理论的形成也产生了积极的作用。当然,其问题也不容回避,诸如研究与创作严重隔膜、研究深度有待提升、理论研究严重滞后等,都是日后的网络文学研究所必须避免的。     

《边城》与中国传统思维方式

《边城》与＂五四＂以后占主流地位的社会剖析小说有着深层次上的差异,这种差异更多源自作家思维方式的不同。沈从文更多地接受了中国传统思维方式的影响;因此,他很大程度上拒绝了西方小说因果的和逻辑的模式,而采用了中国传统思维的注重感受和直觉体验的模式。《边城》将人与物、主要人物与次要人物都置于同一个平面之上,描绘了一幅完整的湘西风俗画,典型地体现了中国传统的＂整体＂思维模式。     

边疆民族地区政府社会管理分析研究的理论视角

政府社会管理在加快边疆民族地区经济社会发展、促进社会和谐稳定方面发挥着主导作用。对边疆民族地区的政府社会管理，本文从政治文化、社会结构、政府职能和社会政策的视角，进行了分析透视。在中华民族传统政治文化的影响和统一的政治体制下，边疆民族地区政府社会管理体现了我国社会管理的一般性规律，但更由于民族地区独特的行政环境，在政治文化、社会结构、政府职能以及社会政策等方面的诸多差异，而使其政府社会管理呈现出特殊性的一面。     

A Pastoral Understanding of Positive Aging

Abstract

Positive aging may be more dependent on spiritual well-being than physical capacity. Understanding the spiritual perspective derives from the dichotomy between the “perceptual” and the “spiritual” realms of human awareness. Awareness of spiritual process in relationship to positive aging may also offer counseling additional challenges and opportunities, including: a balanced perspective on life issues, a sense of humor, counter-factual thinking, internal strengths and resources for growing through life losses and crises, and compensation skills that focus on current capacity and chosen pathways rather than dwelling on lost abilities.     

The role of time perspective in predicting Iranian farmers’ participatory-based water conservation attitude and behavior

ABSTRACT

In current perspective, farmers’ participatory behavior toward conservation of water resources (FPBCWR) is one of the most important strategies under water resource management in rural Iran. In this regard, understanding the predictors of farmers’ participatory-based water conservation behaviors and attitudes is gaining more importance than earlier. Among different dimensions of farmers’ participatory behavior, the potential of temporal frames was examined rarely. Thus, 322 Iranian farmers were investigated to examine the potential of their time perspectives in predicting their participatory-based water conservation behavior and attitude. According to the study results, the effects of present orientation on attitude and behavior were negatively significant, while the effects of future orientation on attitude and behavior were positively significant, whereas its effects (path coefficients) were stronger than present orientation effects. Past orientation did not have a significant effect on attitude, though attitude positively and significantly affected farmers’ participatory behavior. The results of causal analysis revealed that presented model accounted for 58% of variance in farmers’ ‘behavior’ and 42% of variance in “attitude.” In conclusion, a few demonstrable illustrations of policy implications are presented to enable utilizing the important findings and concluding results of this study that is linked further with water resource management domain.     

德里达解构主义视角下中国当代翻译理论建构

目前我国的翻译理论研究正处于解构主义多元化的阶段,解构主义翻译观的新思路和新视角对于我国当代翻译理论建设有着的积极作用。不可否认解构主义理论本身有诸多的局限性,但其所蕴涵、倡导的解构精神,对于开拓研究视野、深入认识翻译的本质、建构更加科学理性的翻译理论体系无疑具有重要的启示意义。在借鉴外国思想文化的同时也要继承地发展我国优秀的传统翻译理论,以期科学系统地构建自己的翻译理论。

论语法化的理论内涵

从20世纪80年代语法化研究复兴至今,国内外的语法化研究都取得了丰硕成果,但也存在很多的分歧和争论。"什么是语法化?"这是语法化研究的本体问题,也是必须回答的首要问题。很多学者基于各自的研究思路和研究立场,对语法化的内涵作出了不同界定,但大多难以涵盖语法化的各种现象和领域。在语法化研究与类型学、构式语法等语言学前沿领域相结合,不断向更加广泛和深入的方向发展的今天,我们有必要对语法化的内涵加以梳理并对语法化的核心问题做进一步的讨论。
